In 2024, DBS Bank opened a new Treasures Centre, a flagship branch available to its high-net-worth individual and family clients. The 15,000 square foot facility features a modern and luxurious design and provides a suite of wealth management services and solutions in a prime Central Hong Kong location.

With a priority on customer experience and an understanding that the environment should reflect the expectations of the discerning client, Thirty30 worked closely with lead design In-Situ Partners to deliver a comprehensive wayfinding and signage system conceived to set the visitor at ease and maximise flow between spaces for the benefit of customer and service team alike.

As well as implementing brand requirements into the wayfinding system, Thirty30 identified suitable materials and defined detailed specifications for procurement and manufacturing, according to the highest of standards. Given its location in Central Hong Kong, all wayfinding and signage was designed as bi-lingual (English and Traditional Chinese).
